Been daily driving the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 for a bit now, and honestly, Samsung actually listened on this one. ​Way more comfortable: Shaving down the thickness and pairing it with a softer strap makes a massive difference. You can actually wear it to sleep without feeling like you strapped a brick to your wrist. ​The display is ridiculous: Peak 5,000 nits is no joke. Direct sunlight on a trail and I can read notifications without squinting at all. ​Legit 3–4 day battery: That new 800 mAh cell plus the updated chip efficiency means battery anxiety is completely gone. ​Zero UI stutter—everything feels instant.

I've heard great things about the first ultra so I really wanted an upgrade from the standard galaxy watch 7 and opted for the ultra watch 2 this time around. So far so good! I will be adding the phone line to this one as well as all my previous watches were just bluetooth. This watch has great features and pairs well with the wearable app and the new galaxy buds 4 pro I ordered as well. Ik excited for the samsung glasses as well as I currently have the rayban meta, however as good as they are I wana be able to consolidate all to the samsung environment.

The thinner design makes it much more comfortable to wear, and the refreshed look feels noticeably more premium. Upgrading was incredibly easy, with all of my data transferring seamlessly. The new Snapdragon processor is immediately noticeable, making the watch feel much faster and more responsive during everyday use. The brighter display is another big improvement, with much better visibility outdoors and on my walks. Overall, it feels like a meaningful upgrade with improvements that are easy to appreciate from day one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 becuase i had the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic prior, i was due for an upgrade and liked what i was hearing in early first impressions. The setup was quick and easy, transfered all my settings from my old watch, and i can add a mobile data plan easy on it later if i want to. The wristband is nice i got the travel one. The display is clearer and a higher resolution and so far after 3 hours only lost 3% of the battery with a live wallpaper and always on display active, but i havent tested out many features yet or streamed music from it. So far the watch is comfy and faster responding than my old watch looking forward to using daily.

Already the benefits are the brighter screen, and such a better watch strap than what we had previously. The watch is thinner and I didn't think it would make much difference but 100% it does. Its fits better as the sensor on the back isn't as large either.

The screen visibility outdoors is incredible, and the new processor keeps everything flying smooth without stuttering. I'm easily getting 2.5 to 3 days out of a charge with the display on. It is on the larger side, but the updated band and thinner case make it sit much better on the wrist than the first Ultra. Highly recommended if you want maximum features and durability.

I have had other watches from different competitors and this by far is the most comfortable and definitely the easiest to use. I currently have a watch 8 classic which I will be using to go out for special occasions with a special band but this Ultra 2 will be my baby for everything else. Samsung you know how to make a phone and a watch... realistically speaking everything LOL. I think if you made a car, an EV, I would probably buy that too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Samsung health features and I love the ability to track all kinds of health metrics. Samsung does it in a useful way, however I would say that calorie tracking and GPS map use are seriously lacking on this watch. Calorie tracking assumes some insane number of calories for me which is completely wrong. But but mainly the main feature that this watch is missing is truly the ability to use maps offline and or online with minimal battery usage close to what a Garmin does. This watch is heavily marketed towards outside use, but there's no real mapping or functionality available for offline outdoor usage! Add hiking mapping and native ability to Samsung health on the phone to create GPX files, and accurate calorie tracking with adjustments based on weight from actual scales to measure true expenditure instead of guessing. Then this watch will pretty much be everything anyone could ask for.

The 800mAh battery gives me a solid two days of heavy use – sleep tracking, workouts, GPS runs, you name it. And 5,000 nits of brightness means I can actually read the display under blazing sun, which my old watch could never do. They slimmed down the titanium body and made the band lighter too, so it's crazy comfortable even during long hikes. It's dive-ready, tracks trails like a pro, and just feels built to last. Samsung absolutely nailed it this time.

The first Ultra version was by far my favorite. I was nervous about the size - but I quickly grew to enjoy the solid feel and look. I chose to upgrade to the Watch Ultra 2 based almost solely on the slightly smaller size and bigger battery ... and let me tell you - if you're coming from the first Watch Ultra you'll feel the difference right away. It has a more balanced fit flat on the wrist and is somehow even more comfortable than a watch I've been wearing for almost two years. I use my watches for everything - they're on my wrist from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed ... so making a great comfortable watch even more comfortable to wear AND including a bigger battery/more advanced health tracking/easy access to Gemini is a great move. This is the perfect "do anything" watch for first timers or people on the fence about upgrading from the first one.

Petite évolution entre l'Ultra et l'Ultra 2, je m'attendais à plus de différences... Je suis passé à l'Ultra 2 car la durée de la batterie devait être meilleure, mais au final elle dure moins de 2 jours comme l'ultra 1. Malgré tout, un point positif est qu'il y a un nouveau chargeur plus rapide... Le produit est bien pour un nouvel achat, mais passer de l'Ultra 1 à la 2 n'est intéressant qu'en ayant pu profiter des offres de lancement... Samsung a bien progressé et se rapproche de ses concurrents spécialisés dans la course à pied, le trail... Il en faut peu pour que Samsung propose une montre spécialisée à la fois dans le sport et dans la connectivité, puis qu'il améliore grandement la durée de la batterie... Elle reste agréable à porter nettement mieux que l'Ultra 1...

Watch build quality is top notch. I went with the trail band as that is what I always used previously and it seems a little better built than my previous one. Overall highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is great. It is sleek and lightweight. This is my fourth or fifth Samsung Watch and the upgrades each year are worth it as battery life and connectivity improve with each rendition. The GPS is extremely accurate if measuring time, distance, and routes are important to you.

Using my old one for work in the cafeteria dish room, to sleep tracking every night. Im ready to experience better performance everyday with this new device.
