Creating a Samsung account while setting up your Samsung TV.
You can create a Samsung account during Samsung TV setup using an email address or phone number. This allows you to access apps, smart features, and services on your TV.
Step 1.
Complete the network setup, then select Start Setup.
Step 2.
Scan the QR code displayed on the TV using your phone.
Step 3.
Tap Sign in now on your phone.
Step 4.
Tap Create account or select Sign in with Google.
Step 5.
If using Google, select your account.
Step 6.
Review permissions and tap Allow, then follow on-screen instructions.
Step 7.
If creating a new account, tap More.
Step 8.
Agree to Terms and Conditions, then tap Agree.
Step 9.
Enter your email address and details, then tap Create account.
Step 10.
Enter your phone number and tap Send.
Step 11.
Enter the verification code received via SMS.
Step 12.
Open your email and tap Verify account.
Step 13.
Your Samsung account is created successfully.
Step 14.
Tap Sign in to continue.
Step 15.
You are now signed in to your TV.
Step 16.
Please agree to the terms and conditions and complete the remaining settings according to the TV screen.
Step 17.
Complete the remaining settings to start using apps and features.
Notes
- Internet connection is required before creating an account.
- Two-step verification is required for security.
- Non-Galaxy phone users may complete verification later.
- Steps and features may vary by TV model and region.
