Samsung vacuum will not turn on

If your Samsung vacuum does not turn on, check the power connections and battery status.
You can try restarting the device or charging it to resolve the issue.  

Step 1. Turn off the emergency switch at the bottom of the vacuum, wait 5 seconds, then turn it back on.

Step 2. Press and hold the Start button until the vacuum turns on.

Step 1. Plug the docking station into a working power outlet.
Step 2. Place the vacuum on the docking station and align the charging pins correctly, then wait at least 5 minutes.
Step 3. Press and hold the Start button again.
