Jet Bot LED indicator is blinking while in operation
If the Jet Bot LED is blinking during operation, it indicates different statuses depending on the color.
Follow the steps below based on the LED indicator behavior:
Blinking blue with alarm sounds
Step 1. Let the Jet Bot recharge until the battery is full.
Step 2. Press and hold the Operation button for 2 seconds to resume cleaning.
Note: This occurs after extended cleaning time and requires recharging.
Solid yellow
Step 1. Move the Jet Bot to a brighter area if it stops in a dark place.
Step 2. Charge the battery fully before using it again.
Note: This indicates low battery level.
Blinking yellow
Step 1. Turn off the Jet Bot and check for obstacles.
Step 2. Remove any foreign objects or obstructions.
Step 3. Place the Jet Bot in a clear open area and turn it back on.
Note: This may happen if the Jet Bot is stuck between furniture or objects.
Blinking red
Step 1. Turn off the Jet Bot, then press and hold the Operation button for 2 seconds to restart.
Step 2. If the issue continues, turn it off and contact Support.
Note: This may indicate a battery issue or use of a non-original charging adapter.
