Send a Cycle to your Washer Using SmartThings

The SmartThings App allows you to efficiently control and manage your Samsung Washing Machine from your smartphone. Using the app, you can pre-select a cycle and send it to your washer.
Follow the steps provided below to create your own cycle.
NOTE:
- The SmartThings App is available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. Data fees may apply.
- Before creating and sending a cycle, you must connect your washer to SmartThings.

Open the SmartThings App.

Select your Washing Machine from the Devices tab. If you haven't connected it to SmartThings yet, Click Here to learn more.

Tap on the Cycle button to change the cycle type.

Select your cycle of choice, and then hit Done.

You are able to change extra settings of the wash if you wish to, with the Temp, Rinse, and Spin buttons.
Once you are happy with the settings, tap on Send to Washer.

Tap OK, then head to your Washer.

Tap Start on the Washing Machine screen when you're ready to begin the cycle.

Note:
- All the functions and step descriptions related to the SmartThings App differ depending on the software version.
- When using mobile data, costs may be incurred depending on the downloads and wireless communication between the devices.
- Available technologies and functions may vary depending on the country, service provider, network environment, or product.
- Please ensure your washer is a compatible model.
